# Cashmora

> Cashmora is a Ugandan payment gateway API: collect mobile money (MTN, Airtel), send payouts, and embed a hosted checkout. JSON over HTTPS with bearer secret keys (cm_test_sk_… sandbox, cm_live_sk_… live). Base URL: https://api.cashmora.co.ug/v1

Important rules: keep secret keys on the server; send a unique request_id per payment attempt and reuse it on retries; deliver goods only on status "successful" (verify webhook signatures: HMAC-SHA256 of "<t>.<raw body>"); treat "unknown" as pending.
